TGI Friday Coupons

Coupons have quite the history. Coupons were first in the form of a paper ticket given out by Coca Cola. The paper tickets allowed people to receive a free bottle of Coke with the paper ticket. This marketing campaign was used as a way to first introduce Coke to consumers and to get people “hooked” on the product. Coupons really took hold in 1909 with the use if 1 cent coupons to start marketing Post cereal.

Coupons really grew in popularity during the Great Depression.

Coupons serve in many different functions. Coupons can be used to help guide people away from one store to their store. Coupons also act as a way to boost sales and to get people in the door that would also spend money on other items. Coupons can also be used at different discount amounts to test the price sensitivity of a certain project.

TGI Friday's is a chain restaurant founded by Alan Stillman in 1965 in New York City. It's a restaurant with standard American food and can be found all over the United States.

Now, onto TGI Fridays coupons. TGI Fridays coupons aren’t too difficult to find and the first place to start the search is on the TGI Friday website. TGI Friday has a rewards program that you can sign up for online called the “Give Me More Stripes” program. Basically, if you are enrolled in the program, you will earn 1 stripe for every dollar you spend at a participating TGI Friday restaurant. One thing to really like about the program is that you get a few perks just for signing up. The two perks are a jump the line pass (allow you to bypass the crowd in front of you to be seated before anyone else) and a coupon for a free appetizer. Plus, if you are a member, you will receive a complimentary dessert during the month of your birthday with the purchase of an entrée. You can receive periodic coupons in your e-mail, but the bulk of the program works by giving you an $8 coupon for every $100 you spend at TGI Fridays. If you are a frequent visitor, this can really add up.

I love TGI Friday's. I used to go in there any time I visited Glasgow. They also had one in Kuala Lumpur I would occasionally visit. Coupons are awesome, hopefully I'll be visiting the city again soon.

Thanks for the comment. TGI Friday's is great. I didn't realize the company had ventured to Malaysia.
